Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in pound sterling, you also provide Euro, US Dollar and Australia Dollar for your currency selection. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the your country. These details will be identified clearly against the product description.
Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case of unboxed items the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only. Delivery
Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. However, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 14 days.

How soon will my order arrive?
Products will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard delivery services in the UK, the service really depends on Royal Mail local delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of the post offfice. The parcel will be provided a traceable service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
For all overseas delivery
“If you use International Signed For with Airmail delivery it is usually within 5 – 11 days of Europe,Australia, US, and for the rest of the world. We recommend that you wait for at least 11 working days until an enquiry is made.
* Saturday is not a working day. Sunday or Bank Holiday the parcel will be delivered within 2 working days.

Returns & Cancellation
We do not generally sell goods on a return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of order receipt,we will do our best to resolve the problem ASAP. When you receive your order, as per the international Distance Selling Directive, you have until the expiry of 7 days of receipt to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from ilovemyhandbags.com. Always obtain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we can not accept responsibility for items not received. Any postal cost are non-refundable, please note all postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of ilovemyhandbags.com
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please email us for the return address and the reason for return.
Our delivery charges are non-refundable on returns unless the item is damaged; all items will incur a fee for mainland UK and worldwide customers to cover postage and administration. Damaged items will be replaced or a refund offered in full.
Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
